At last Brooke Astor’s son has been found guilty in 14 cases filed against him. Anthony Marshall was convicted in October for first degree rand larceny and scheming to defraud. He is 85 years old.

The most serious conviction against him is giving himself $1 million a year for managing his mother’s affair said the Assistant District Attorney Joel Seidemann. This comes under a serious fraud. Now the convict can be sentenced minimum for 1-3 years r maximum of 8-25 year.

He just said he has nothing to say. The court has given him time till January 19th to spend time with his family.
