The Pakistan Telecommunications Authority (PTA) directed service providers to block the website until May 31 in compliance with a high court order obtained by a group of lawyers Tuesday.

Early this Thursday morning, Youtube experienced an error on which people found out that Youtube website has a problem and not working. The message error “Http/1.1 Service Unavailable” appeared and 500 Internal Service Error as well. This error started around 7:00 A.M. ET.

Some embedded videos from Youtube are still working during this downtime. Many people rely to this website for their videos of music, movies and other form for sharing and uploading for some purposes.

After two hours of downtime, Youtube is now working. This is unusual for Google-owned website be down for a moment.
